We make best efforts to ship your products to your
desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified
date and production limitations. Freight is additional ex Sydney.
All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory. This means
that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your
items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified on our
Order Confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed
by common carrier, Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. We will
typically notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
Red Fish Marketing ships to all major capital cities overnight excluding WA, SA, NT and
TAS. Please allow extra time for these destinations. We are happy to
expedite orders via airfreight or same day VIP couriers; however, this must
be added to the final invoice. We are able to ship to most locations in
Australia and overseas although some countries have restrictions with
regards to particular products.
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped using Red Fish Marketing account and billed with your order.
If you prefer to use your own account, we can accommodate you. Please
provide us with the carrier name and your account number either via email or
in the 'additional instructions' section of the order form. If you choose to
use your own account, you will be solely responsible for the insuring of
your shipment. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be
responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.
Special Requirements
Should you have special shipping needs, including the need to divide
shipments among multiple destinations, please
contact your account manager.
Please note, a surcharge will be added to cover the extra time involved.
International Shipments
Unless otherwise specified, most international shipments will be sent using
Fedex International Priority service. If you require faster delivery, please
let us know upon ordering so that we can arrange to send your merchandise by
your preferred method or carrier. International
customers should be aware that due to factors beyond our control such as
customs clearance and national and international regulations regarding
importing, delivery times for international shipments can not be guaranteed. We will do everything in our power to get your order SHIPPED on time
but we will not accept responsibility for delays on overseas shipments. You own the merchandise when
it leaves our warehouse.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments sent using UPS or Federal Express
services will be insured for full value by Red Fish and included as part of our
shipping and handling charges to you. If you do not wish to pay
this expense please let us know.
